Property management and rental accounting software serve distinct but complementary functions. As an Innago user taking advantage of this partnership, you can now link your main property management ecosystem to your bookkeeping on Ledgre, simplifying operations and enhancing financial management. This integration empowers you with:

• Integrated expense recording and tracking: Let Ledgre do the heavy lifting by importing your expenses straight from Innago, so you can get right to monitoring financial performance across your portfolio.
• Important document generation: Come tax season, Ledgre can import your data from Innago and generate the forms that make-or-break a successful tax season, including Schedule E or Form 8825.
• Effortless record-keeping: Ledgre and Innago’s partnership keeps all of your important documents in good hands, better preparing you for future needs.

How it Works

1. If you don’t already have an account, sign up for Ledgre at ledgre.ai.

2. Once you’ve verified your account, you’ll first need to add Properties. Under the “Add or Import” option, select “Innago”.

3. Once your properties have been synced, select either the Cash or Accrual method of accounting and enter your Bookkeeping Start Date.

4. Next, you’ll need to add your Transactions. Under the “Add or Import” option, select “Innago”. Follow the steps to sync your transaction data.
